Thisults in a reasonabill repeatedly download one file from a given server for some amount of time with some number of clients. It could be used as a load-test and/or a benchmark of the performance of a particular web server.Obviously it would be convenient for it to request multiple different files, perhaps to simulate some sort of standard web traffic.
